The Job: Corporate Recruiter
We are looking for a collaborative, enthusiastic, and professional Recruiter to join our HR team. The Recruiter will be responsible for recruiting candidates for various positions within our growing organization.
The ideal candidate will have experience in recruitment and sourcing technical and non-technical roles, with working knowledge of screening, interviewing and hiring practices.
The ideal candidate will also have a proven track record of managing and closing multiple requisitions.
Job Responsibilities
- Source candidates using a variety of tools and methods to build a large and diverse candidate pipeline
- Engage with candidates to create a positive experience at every step in the process (sourcing, screening, scheduling)
- Follow up on interview process status and update records in internal ATS
- Partner with hiring managers to design, refine and implement innovative recruiting strategies
- Be a culture leader and advocate for Agiloft and contribute to employer branding initiatives
- Stay active with current job boards, social networks and platforms to find talent, plan, create and release job descriptions
- Ensure regulatory aspects of the full cycle recruitment process is compliant with federal and state legislation
- Keep up to date on recruiting trends and best practices
Required Qualifications
- 2 years of Recruiting/Talent Acquisition experience
- Proven track record of managing and closing multiple requisitions
- Experience recruiting for both technical and non-technical roles
- Working knowledge of interview techniques and applicant screening methods
- Strong sourcing skills using multiple platforms (LinkedIn, Dice, ATS databases)
- Experience in managing applicant tracking systems or databases.
- Familiarity with recruitment marketing strategies
- Ability to work independently and with a small team.
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- MS Office proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Preferred Qualifications
- Understanding of basic branding strategies
- Experience organizing and attending hiring events and job fairs; virtual job fair experience a plus
