The Job: Implementer
You will be responsible for designing and implementing software configurations to meet the needs of customers ranging in size from start-ups to large scale enterprise businesses. At Agiloft, our implementation process is unique, as our software can be configured to meet a client’s various needs without writing a line of code. Everything is done through a wizard-based customization interface using a standard browser.
Because each client has different needs, this individual will develop a deep understanding of the system’s capabilities and the ability to see issues from the customer’s perspective. This is a challenging position, requiring the individual to have a strong analytical and logical mind, familiarity with computers, good judgment, people skills, and excellent attention to detail.
Job Responsibilities
- Focus on gaining a deep understanding of the Agiloft system
- Completes all required training at a level that passes or exceeds the minimum standards required of an Agiloft implementer
- Work on customer projects under the direction of a senior level implementer
- Follow use cases and specifications to implement customized systems within the Agiloft framework
- Participate in activities such as providing customer support and working on internal projects
Job Requirements
- Technical background with a preference for a 4-year college degree
- Strong analytical skills, creativity, familiarity with web-based technologies, and the ability to rapidly learn a complex and multi-faceted program
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to interact politely with the occasional difficult customer
- Initiative in seeking ways to contribute to the success of the company that goes beyond a narrow definition of job responsibilities
- Experience with database concepts and web-based technologies are a plus, but not required
