- Follow and enforce safety protocols including creating and enforcing a site-specific emergency
Manager.
- Oversee quality control program providing feedback to factory and participate in root source
- Establish and maintain positive and effective relationships and communication with clients,
- Collaborate with the Project Manager, Director of Logistics, and Regional Superintendent for the
- Manage job site manpower production, and performance.
- Maintain a daily log for the job site’s operations, reporting to management as necessary.
- Coordinate with building inspections, subcontractor inspections, and agencies.
- Maintain and update project document control records including RFIs, inspection reports,
- Attend company events including meetings, trainings, etc.
- Other related duties as assigned, or needed.
- Minimum 5 years single family home construction framing or project management experience.
- 2-years multi-family housing experience preferred, not required.
