The team at Agosto is on the front lines of helping companies "go Google."   As a Sales Development Representative, you will work alongside Agosto's sales, account management, and marketing teams as well as Google's Sales team to evangelize and generate Fortune 500 opportunities.  You will be responsible to follow Agosto's sales process with a focus on lead generation and qualification.    

As part of the sales process, you will identify key decision makers, profile accounts, and assess revenue potential.  Successful candidates will have an outbound mentality, should be analytical, data-centric and enjoy reaching out to prospects. You should be a self-starter, energetic, entrepreneurial, creative and have a strong desire to succeed.

Your Day-to-Day at Agosto:

  • Work with marketing to design product and region-specific marketing campaigns, to build awareness and drive opportunities
  • Develop programs designed to identify and qualify new business opportunities
  • Communicate directly with customers; recommend high-level solutions based on customer needs; develop rapport and gather information that will allow us to improve our relations and close business
  • Serve as the liaison between the Google's sales and Agosto marketing team to drive attendance to events
  • Meet or exceed pipeline quota and performance metrics goals
  • Input data in an accurate and timely fashion on all customers and prospects
  • Enthusiastically participate in sales meetings and training to improve your performance, enhance your skills and help build departmental expertise
  • Coordinate with Agosto Account Executives and Account Managers to identify target accounts
  • Increase the effectiveness of tools and communication channels by recognizing opportunities for innovation and proactively implementing new systems and processes.

What You Bring to the Team:

  • Experience in communicating with C-level executives
  • The ability to present complex technology in a way non-technical people can understand
  • Experience with CRM software (Salesforce)
  • Ability to take detailed client notes
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
  • Positive attitude towards change as well as the ability to adapt
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team environment and interact with all levels of management as well as vendors and customers.
  • Enjoy having business conversations on the phone and making strategic call downs for the majority of your day.
  • Maintain strong knowledge of market needs, competition, and latest industry news and trends.
  • Strong communication skills and a data-driven analytical approach towards solving complex challenges
  • Strong problem-solving skills as well as a desire to drive valuable and positive change of a rapidly growing team and business.
  • BA Degree(preferred)
