Position: Farm Operator
Responsibilities:
- Apply fertilizers, pesticides, herbicides, and other agricultural chemicals to fields and crops.
- Calibrate and operate application equipment, including sprayers, spreaders, and injection units.
- Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on application equipment.
- Ensure equipment is cleaned and stored properly after use.
- Assess field conditions to determine appropriate application methods and rates.
- Monitor weather conditions to plan and execute applications effectively.
Are You Qualified?
- Able to work overtime and occasional weekends.
- Must have a valid driver's license.
- Must be willing and able to maintain a Class A CDL and appropriate endorsements (with our assistance).
- Must be willing to submit to a DOT drug test and background.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
