AgVision has an immediate opening for a full-time Software Support Specialist to join our industry leading Support Team.
- Candidates will have some bookkeeping experience and excellent communication, written and customer services skills.
- Agribusiness accounting, payroll, training and computer experience is a plus. Software Support Specialists help customers with their AgVision accounting and software application use.
- Software Support Specialists work with AgVision clients on their day-to-day support requests to work from open to resolution.
- They also are involved with documentation, software configuration and testing.
- Those who apply should like working in a fast-paced team environment.
- College degree or equivalent experience is desired.
- Minimal overnight travel (planned in advance) may be required.
- Must have a valid driver's license.
