We are in search of an Intern to join our Legal department in our Spokane, Washington, Headquarters location. This is a temporary position, reporting to the Assistant General Counsel, that will learn from and assist the Legal team and our in-house corporate attorneys. This position is in-office and summer hours will be up to 40 per week. Job Requirements
- Assist with legal research and writing.
- Review documentation, procedures, and policies to ensure legal compliance with federal and state laws.
- Review title documents, title reports, and other collateral documents.
- Coordinate with employees across organization, as well as external entities.
Minimum Requirements
- 2L or 3L status with some interest in commercial or corporate law.
- Strong research and writing skills.
- Completion of coursework in commercial law and business entities considered a plus.
