Identity and Access Management Analyst

Responsibilities

• Administers security applications and infrastructure to support company policies and standards.
• Executes regular reviews of access management systems and provides reports to management.
• Implements new connections to identity management tools in partnership with stakeholders and clients.
• Work closely with Management, Operations, Infrastructure and Applications teams to establish processes, procedures and documentation that ensure systems and resources meet necessary compliance requirements and obligations.
• Develops and executes metrics and KPIs for security technologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience in Identity and Access Management, Security Operations, or an entry-level Systems Engineering role is desired.
• One or more security certifications such as CISSP, GIAC, SSCP, OCSP or Security is desired.
• Demonstrated experience with the use and management of security tools and technologies such as Security Information and Event Management (SIEM), intrusion detection/prevention systems (IDS/IPS), file integrity monitoring, endpoint protection and hardening, identity and access management, encryption, vulnerability management, or data loss prevention (DLP).
• Experience with Identity Management tools such as Okta, Thycotic, Active Directory, or similar tools is desired.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Highly organized and able to work independently.
