Senior Systems Administrator
AHEAD is seeking an experienced Senior Systems Administrator professional to administer and support all aspects of the AHEAD’s IT systems. A prospective employee will require experience and proficiency in IT infrastructure and datacenter operations. This role will be critical to the success of our IT Operations team to provide world-class support for Ahead’s internal business units.
As a member of our IT Operations team, this role will be responsible for supporting the AHEAD’s datacenter infrastructure, core networking, storage, virtualization infrastructure, IT systems management, directory services, asset management, physical facilities management and other key components of the IT department. The Senior Systems Administrator, reporting to the IT Operations Manager, will work with the Systems Architect and IT leadership team to help manage all phases of the operations lifecycle, including requirements gathering, implementation and training, and routine ongoing maintenance and support to our IT infrastructure. Additionally, the Senior Systems Administrator will assist in the support and maintenance of key IT Operations Infrastructure systems outside of the IT department to sustain the overall health of the IT organization as needed.
The Senior Systems Administrator will also work with internal practice discipline leadership, process owners, and other IT teams (Business Solutions, PMO, Security, IMO, etc.). They will collaborate with a diverse and technically proficient workforce in a professional and courteous manner.
