Area Manager - Philadelphia

AHEDD is seeking an Area Manager in Philadelphia, PAto oversee regional program operations. This position will assist businesses in hiring, training, and accommodating persons with disabilities, and requires a dynamic and motivated leader with excellent communication and time management skills.
Duties Include:
- Office and Contract Management
- Service Delivery and Coordination
- Community Outreach
- Staff Supervision
Requirements:
- Ability to respond to a flexible schedule, including some evenings and weekends;
- Vehicle for daily reimbursed travel throughout the region;
- Must be eligible for state and federal clearances;
- Preference goes to candidates with field experience and/or a related degree.

Compensation starts at $50,000 annually, plus the potential for quarterly, performance-based incentives. Last year eligible employees earned an average of $4000 in incentives above their base salaries. As noted above, AHEDD is also offering new employees a sign on bonus; $500 paid after three months of employment and another $500 at one year.
