Effectively utilize and maintain the integrity of relevant inventory and information management systems.

Knowledge and ability to use ERP and/or CMMS systems which may include writing work orders, looking up work orders, finding parts and writing requisitions to order parts.

CMMS oversight of accuracy and use of data; i.e. equipment list, BOM’s, etc.

Ad hoc reporting for management team

Provide reports, graphs, and charts as required

Other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS:
-
Minimum 2-year Parts Room experience in a high-volume manufacturing or warehouse environment
-
MRP knowledge
-
Expert Knowledge of parts inventory control methods
-
Proven mechanical/electrical aptitude
-
Must agree to follow safety guidelines and wear applicable safety equipment; e.g., safety glasses, side shields, approved safety shoes, and other PPE as needed

Detail-oriented with strong 5S and Organizational Skills
-
Personal computer skills with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office and computerized maintenance management systems.

Experience working in an Industrial Maintenance environment preferred
-
Previous Supervisory experience preferred with the ability to train/mentor direct reports and junior team members
-
Excellent decision-making skills in times of ambiguity
-
Experience using a forklift is a plus
-
Experience working with vendors
-
Must possess shift and schedule flexibility of regular time as well as any shift that may include off-hours and/or weekends, as needed

High school diploma or GED equivalent
