Purpose of the job
Leads day-to-day activities of maintenance reliability team in support of the execution of the maintenance reliability strategy. Manages Windsor Locks maintenance SAP master data including structure, maintenance plans, equipment data, and spare inventory.

Communicate with external customers, vendors, contractors, etc.

Main responsibility areas
Job Responsibilities Include:
- Manage activities by MRO Clerk, Storeroom Clerk, and Maintenance Planners.
- Ensures equipment maintenance strategies are documented through creation on maintains plans and individual PMs in SAP
- Ensures SAP asset structure is correctly maintained include equipment level master data
- Assess maintenance process effectiveness and provide input on potential process improvements.

Communicate with Operators, Maintenance Craftsmen, management teams, finance and Executives
Externally
Communicate with external customers, vendors, contractors, etc.
Experience And Education

Work Experience
- High School Diploma Required.
- Maintnance Experience required.
- Solid project management skills
- 10-15 years’ experience managing maintenance in SAP in a manufacturing facility
- Proficient in Microsoft Office software (Excel, MS Word, Microsoft Project, Outlook)
- Strong interpersonal skills
