Purpose of the job

Leads day-to-day activities of maintenance reliability team in support of the execution of the maintenance reliability strategy. Manages Windsor Locks maintenance SAP master data including structure, maintenance plans, equipment data, and spare inventory.

Main responsibility areas

Job Responsibilities Include:

• Manage activities by MRO Clerk, Storeroom Clerk, and Maintenance Planners.
• Ensures equipment maintenance strategies are documented through creation on maintains plans and individual PMs in SAP
• Ensures SAP asset structure is correctly maintained include equipment level master data
• Assess maintenance process effectiveness and provide input on potential process improvements.

Communicate with Operators, Maintenance Craftsmen, management teams, finance and Executives

Experience And Education

(minimum level of knowledge and skills to fulfill one’s responsibilities)

Work Experience

• High School Diploma Required.
• Maintnance Experience required.
• Solid project management skills
• 10-15 years’ experience managing maintenance in SAP in a manufacturing facility
• Proficient in Microsoft Office software (Excel, MS Word, Microsoft Project, Outlook)
• Strong interpersonal skills

Other Required Attributes

• Ability to work additional hours during the week, on weekends, or outside of regular office hours may be required.
• The ability to work in a normal office environment to include: sitting or standing for long periods of time, operating various standard office equipment, carrying paper documents/files, reaching and bending, speaking on the telephone,
• Ability to work for extended times in a pulp mill or paper mill environment, safely walk through our manufacturing plants and rough outdoor terrain, and wearing required personal protection gear (i.e. hand, hearing, breathing, head and foot protection).
