GENERAL STATEMENT OF DUTIES
The Assistant Director of Recruitment provides oversight and leads in the development of recruitment and retention functions that contribute to the success of the AHRC Suffolk mission.
DISTINGUISHING FEATURES OF THE CLASS:
Under the supervision of the People Experience Director, an employee of this class will lead, manage, inspire and motivate a team of recruiters to deliver against recruiting goals that support both short and long-term initiatives. Drive goals directly related to enhancing the agency staffing, increasing visibility in the community, and staying top of mind for all applicants.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelors degree in Human Resources or related field, five years high volume recruitment experience and a minimum of two years of supervisory experience is required. Advanced computer skills required.
