Develop and Sustain a Strong Market Presence: Develop and maintain a strong brand presence in the market, positioning the company as a leader in workforce solutions and staffing. Financial Management: Collaborate with the finance department to develop budgets, forecasts, and financial models to support growth initiatives. Qualifications: Proven experience in a senior leadership role, focusing on driving growth in the workforce solutions or staffing industry. Strong understanding of market dynamics, industry trends, and client needs. Demonstrated success in developing and implementing successful business development and sales strategies. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels. Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and a track record of achieving and exceeding targets. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
