Join AI-Strategies as an OTR CDL-A Truck Driver! Position : Over-The-Road (OTR) Truck Driver Compensation : Up to $0.60 CPM (Pay based on experience) Schedule : Out 12 days, home 2 full days (48 hours) every other weekend Coverage : OTR in all 48 states, majority of freight is East of I-35 Miles : Drivers average 2200 miles per week Freight Type : 100% no touch freight 50-60% drop & hook 40-50% live unload Dispatch : No forced dispatch into NY or the Burroughs Benefits and Perks : Comprehensive Health Coverage : Medical, Dental, and Vision life insurance Financial Security : 401K plan Paid Time Off : Vacation and holiday pay Minimum Requirements : Experience : 3 months of verifiable solo CDL-A experience License : Valid Class A CDL license Medical : Valid medical card Age : At least 21 years old Screening : Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen Why AI-Strategies?
