If end date is listed, the posting will come down at 12:00 am on that date: Friday December 23, 2022 Key responsibilities include: Coordinate the definition, tracking and auditing Ameren Illinois KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) including support of rate cases, quarterly incentive compensation accruals and all monthly, quarterly, and annual corporate reporting. Oversee multi-year rate plan performance and tracking metric reporting requirements and process through partnership with an external consultant engagement. Develop and facilitate process and requirements necessary for a required third-party audit of performance metrics associated with the multi-year rate plan. Manage third-party audit relationship associated with performance metrics report to the Illinois Commerce Commission staff. Lead the Company's participation in ICC workshops related to future performance and tracking metrics Prepare/support regulatory filings supporting performance and tracking metrics, including filing testimony, for the following ICC Dockets: Annual performance evaluation proceeding to evaluate the utilities' performance on its metric targets during the year just completed, as well as the appropriate Annual Adjustment. Various dockets that support delivery of the company's performance and tracking metrics. Petition and approval of the Company’s future four-year performance and tracking metrics. Oversee preparation and reporting of all information associated with the Ameren corporate scorecard, and the Nuclear Oversight and Operations Excellence Steering Committee (NOESC)including gathering YTD performance, YE forecast, variance explanations. Facilitate the development and refresh of the Ameren Illinois business plan. Manage and train Business Performance employees and coordinate their work for the department. Facilitate AIC Region and Department monthly performance discussions and follow-up. Oversee the administration of PRS (Performance Reporting System). Direct the development and deployment of sustainable performance reporting visualization tools. May perform special projects or represent the Department on task teams. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business administration or related financial discipline from an accredited University required. Master’s level degree preferred. Five or more years of relevant experience (e.g., accounting, budget preparation and statistical analysis) required. Three or more years supervisory experience required. In addition to the above qualifications, the successful candidate will demonstrate: Ability to work effectively with competing priorities and stressful situations. Ability to identify potential issues and initiate course correction to deliver desired outcome. Must be able to effectively communicate with a diverse group of users/stakeholders across all levels of the organization. Excellent organizational skills. Solid verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency with MS Office Suite required. Advanced level proficiency with Excel required. Knowledge of PowerBI or other visualization tools preferred. Knowledge of specific Ameren applications (e.g., CBS, General Ledger/Millennium, OAS, DOJM, etc.) preferred.
