Description
Aidance Scientific is growing and we are looking for great people to join our team! We are looking for an experienced Production Planning Coordinator.
As a Production Planning Coordinator you will:
Adheres to proper company policies and principles
Performs general clerical duties to support Operation and Production Managers
Helps Prepare and review internal documentations for management
Print and prepares all training documentation for production employees
Perform and provide trainings
Keep track of employees training requirements for assigned roles
Makes sure job folders are prepared and ready following Production schedule
Validate and enter production data
Maintain KPI’s dashboard for Production
Order office inventory as needed
Daily coordination material inventory to follow Production schedule
Prepares BOM, document requirement specifications for new products (components, labor, speed, etc..)
Help coordinate the availability of raw materials and components for ongoing and new projects so current status is known at all times in an effort to get it into production as soon as possible
Communicate schedule changes, priorities, inventory issues and any interruptions that could affect an effective production output to all relevant parties
Performs other related duties as assigned
Qualifications
Production Planning Coordinator Qualifications
At least 1 year of related experience
Must have good communication skills, both written and verbal
Moderate to advanced MS Office skills
High initiative and motivation
Strong organizational skills
Able to anticipate critical events, adapt and adjust plan and requirements
Must be flexible in dealing with others in the organization, and with work assignments/projects
Understanding of full cycle supply chain activities
Self-motivated; Ability to work independent of supervision
