About the role What you need to know: At AIG, we are constantly working to ensure that all employees have the training and skills they need to have a rewarding and successful career. Designed with that commitment at its core, our Early Career program provides a platform for participants to launch or accelerate their careers. In addition to the experience acquired on the job, Analysts will participate in training that will help them learn and become accustomed to and integrate into the culture of AIG. Furthermore, Analysts will receive detailed performance feedback and will experience invaluable networking opportunities with both junior- and senior-level AIG employees across multiple divisions. Considerable emphasis will also be placed on training and development to help build both soft and technical business skills. What we’re looking for: Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in a related discipline to be received no later than June 2023 Hands-on knowledge of user experience design and interest in interaction design, visual design, prototyping, user research, and usability testing Strong problem solving skills Self-motivated, willing to use online resources to answer questions, establish best practices and expand skills Strong attention to detail, organization skills, and planning capabilities Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work well with team members and internal partners. Explain design concepts and rationales. A desire to understand users and their journeys Proficient in Sketch and Adobe Creative Suite is a plus Location: Digital UX Design Analyst positions are available in Charlotte (NC).
