Overall Job Purpose
Acts as a frontline field manager to identify potential producers and to train, retain & develop these agents towards higher productivity. He/She will support Branch Manager/Head Of Sales in achieving high level of profitability, growth, retention, professionalism & customer satisfaction.
Key Job Responsibilities
- Meeting/Exceeding production target by Line Of Business established by upper management
- Meeting & Exceeding Recruitment target set by upper management
- Agent’s Turnover Ratios.
- Manage agency renewal business effectively.
- Effective training to Agents using the Best Practices AIG Selling System
- Support Branch Manager/Head of Sales on Agency Development.
- Ensure all the trainings & activities established by Branch Manager/Head Of Sales are carried out effectively
- Working directly with our Agents to improve agency’s top & bottom line and customer satisfaction through active sales involvement.
- Ensure all reports requested by upper management are submitted timely.
- Ensure campaign management is carried out effectively
- Ensure all communications & directions of the company, profit center & service center are communicated clearly, effectively & timely.
General Working Knowledge
- How to Assist the Profit Center in underwriting applications to improve overall quality.
- Basic Human Resource functions and employee relations issues
- Claim Department practices and procedures
- Basic Marketing principles
- Company policies and procedures
- Administrative duties
- Able to understand and utilize Management Information Systems to evaluate Agency and Market performance.
General Working Skill/Ability
- Ability to teach others shared skills and objectives
- Communicate effectively one-on-one and in group sessions
- Plans and organizes time to meet deadlines and accomplish goals
- Identifies, evaluates and generates effective solutions to problems in the market
- Expresses ideas in writing in a complete and thorough manner
- Willing to work in Agencies in all phases of the Agency Development Process
- Possesses interpersonal skills which create a positive working environment
- Interacts with Agencies on all levels of the business utilizing consultant techniques
- Works well with all Profit Centers
What we’re looking for: Requirement
- Preferably from Insurance or Banking industry
- Must have right attitude, mindset and high Integrity
- Independent and able to demonstrate high performance with minimal supervision
- Must have good command of English
- Minimum qualification: Bachelor’s Degree and above
- 5 years of sales experience
- Willing to travel
