What are the responsibilities and job description for the Call Center Representative position at AIIStar?
Our growing company is looking for a contact center representative. This position is customer service based with an eye for details, excellent data entry skills, enjoys solving problems, and a passion for helping others.
The representative would handle phone calls and messages from customers looking to schedule appointments with our sales team, enter data into the appropriate database(s), and communicate with various internal team members as well as external customers and vendors. This role reports directly to our Contact Center Manager.
Job Responsibilities:
- Take inbound customer calls/texts/chats/emails and provide accurate, satisfactory answers to their queries and concerns.
- Transfer calls to appropriate team member or department
- De-escalate situations involving dissatisfied customers, offering peace of mind and support.
- Schedule sales appointments / Making sure notes, caller information, marketing tags, and locations are correct. Additionally, confirming the sales calendar information for appointments is accurate.
- Send customer confirmations of appointments scheduled
- Send sales reps communications about appointments scheduled
- Follow-up calls, texts, & emails from opportunities in various locations.
- Assist with various tasks, as needed.
- Collaborate and assist with other departments internally to improve customer service.
Required Skills:
- Software proficiency and experience with common computer operating systems and programs (Windows, MS Excel, Outlook)
- Highly proficient and accurate data entry skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication with positive upbeat language
- Ability to multitask and have great date entry skills across different communication platforms and software
