What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer service representative position at AIM Fleet America?
Monday-Friday
Purpose of the Position : Under moderate supervision supports the Company vision, mission, and strategic plan by quickly and accurately processing product returns, resolving issues with vendors and customers.
- Good communication skills and have good attention to details. Computer and outlook. Communicates effectively orally and in writing with internal and external customers, works towards service excellence by providing telephone and internet customers, both internal and external, with accurate and timely product and service information in accordance with Company standards.
- Accurately and in a timely fashion, enters customer orders in the database, verifying and communicating product availability and delivery information.
- Maintains attendance at or above designated standards, is available to answer customer calls at assigned start time and works overtime when necessary.
Works towards answering heavy phone 75-100 calls daily.
Credit inquiries- within designated guidelines, resolves product or service problems by clarifying the complaint, determining the cause of the problem, offering alternatives and solutions to the problem, expediting correction or adjustment, and following up to ensure resolution
