Great opportunity to join the Aimbridge Hospitality corporate Talent Acquisition team as our Corporate Recruiter! In this new role based at our beautiful corporate office in Plano, TX, the successful candidate will be responsible for attracting and recruiting talent for our corporate accounting and finance specific positions along with other key corporate positions. The Corporate Recruiter will require limited supervision and work directly with Corporate Hiring Managers in their respective division to drive effective recruitment practices and ensure candidates receive world-class customer service. Aimbridge Hospitality is the largest hotel management company with 1,400+ hotels and 60,000+ associates!
The ideal candidate will:
- Manage the full cycle recruitment for vacant corporate positions from sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offers of employment.
- Develop and maintain very strong relationships with corporate hiring managers and senior leaders.
- Aggressively source passive candidates for vacant positions and to build talent pipeline for future leadership roles.
- Provide coaching to hiring managers in effective behavioral interviewing, compliant interviewing protocol, and effective candidate screening techniques.
- Screen incoming and on-file applicant resumes, conduct initial phone screens and assess for job and organizational fit.
- Ensure a comprehensive attraction strategy for each position assigned to fill; advertising of job vacancies on job boards, professional associations, universities and colleges, social media, social recruiting tools, etc.
- Maintain communication with applicants and hiring managers throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Keep requisitions up to date in the Applicant Tracking System documenting notes, progress and status / step changes.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience working in full-cycle recruitment, either in-house or in an agency environment; experience in corporate recruiting, with a strong background focused on filling accounting and finance positions, strongly preferred.
- Excellent MS Office skills and experience in Applicant Tracking Systems (iCIMS experience strongly preferred).
- Sound problem-solving skills that can identify and assess issues.
- Well-developed interpersonal skills with the ability to work with all levels while fostering positive working relations.
- Strong organizational skills including the ability to multi-task and prioritize.
- Able to work independently, be a self-starter, and very goal driven.
- Critical thinking skills and strong project management skills
