Personal assistants are hired to help with daily time management and everyday task. As a personal assistant, you can expect to complete administrative and household duties. Since you will be working closely with your manager, you should have excellent attention to detail and communication skills. We’re looking for someone who is trustworthy and who has discretion and is flexible. Someone who has organizational skills and who can multitask and will take initiative will fit right in!
Responsibilities:
- Plan and organize personal activities.
- Assist with marketing, presentations, and other business tasks
- Managing household needs such as cleaning and organizing
- Providing support in any capacity as necessary
- Running errands, purchasing groceries, and maintaining all household inventory
- Have a flexible work schedule and assist when necessary
