What are the responsibilities and job description for the Collections Specialist position at AIR Communities?
We are hiring a Collections Specialist to join our centralized team in the Denver Tech Center, CO, who will be responsible for:
- Utilizing a computerized system for monitoring, processing and/or auditing the different stages of the resident rent cycle.
- Communicate with Team Members, residents, to ensure all post move out processes are followed correctly.
- Provides system administration support to ensure accurate record keeping and investigates and resolves inaccuracies per Operations Manual requirements.
- Responsible for completing tasks that are delivered through the centralized mailbox.
- Assist with processing files through post move out process due to delinquency and non-payment.
