Procurement Associate

We are hiring a Procurement Associate to join our Centralized Procurement team located in the heard of Denver Tech Center.

A bit more of what you will do:

• Provides support for the company’s Procurement function.
• Works with supply and service vendors, internal customers, and Procurement department team to resolve compliance and/or procurement issues.
• Assists in ensuring contracts with vendors are consistent with company objectives.
• Provides Procurement system support.
• Responsible for vendor management, including vendor credentialing and approval.
• Serves as a liaison between internal customers and vendors as necessary.
• Contacts vendors for the purpose of verifying information and/or responding to inquiries.
• Supports Procurement team by accurately creating and updating vendor contracts and amendments.
• Maintains accurate contract database and related information.
• Responsible for managing vendor rebate details and submitting to accounting.
• Responsible for maintaining Coupa item catalog and contract repository.
• Provides Coupa user support.
• Manages vendor satisfaction reporting process and provides ad hoc analytics/reports as requested.
• May participate in sourcing initiatives and/or assume project responsibility for smaller scale procurement efforts

Knowledge of standard procurement and vendor management practices. Experience working with procurement systems. Strong collaboration, communication and customer service skills. Proficient skills in Microsoft Office products.

Education and Experience

Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 3 years of directly related experience OR equivalent amount of work experience in procurement and/or vendor contract management.

• Expected pay of $55,000 - $65,000. You will be provided a pay rate that is in line with your skills and experience as they relate to the requirements of the job.
