Well established company is looking for an Office Assistant to join its team. General duties will include answering phone, providing excellent customer service, order entry, invoicing, manual and electronic filing, etc. Candidate should have excellent written and verbal communication skills and be trustworthy, motivated, organized, and comfortable with multi-tasking. Customer service experience and familiarity with Microsoft Office and QuickBooks preferred.
Salary TBD based on applicant qualifications and experience.
