Qualifications:
You may qualify at the NH NH-IV, if you fulfill the following qualifications:A. One year of specialized experience equivalent to the NH-III or GS-13 grade level in the Federal service as listed below:
- Developing and applying new and emerging Information Technology data related technologies
- Determining and overseeing technical and systems requirements
- Prioritizing and allocating information technology resources correctly and efficiently
- Providing leadership responsibilities including planning and assigning work and establishing overall priorities.
- Supervisory experience is highly desirable.

Responsibilities:
This position is being filled under AcqDemo Direct Hiring Authority (DHA) for non-acquisition positions involving 51% or more of time in direct support of acquisition positions within Business and Technical Management Professional Career path.As a SUPERVISORY IT SPECIALIST (INFOSEC/ENTARCH at the NH-2210-4 some of your typical work assignments may include:
- Serves as the division chief within the USTRANCOM Command, Control, Communications, and Cyber Systems Engineering and Digital Transformation Division
- Directs activities and provides policy, resourcing, and planning guidance on innovative and transformational program development
- Develops solutions to highly complex problems requiring various disciplines. Coordinates with enterprise architects, system architects, and developers to provide oversight in the development of design solutions.
- Employs secure configuration management processes. Ensures that acquired or developed system(s) and architecture(s) are consistent with organization's cybersecurity architecture guidelines
- Identifies cyber capabilities strategies for custom hardware and software development based on mission requirements.
- Leads, coordinates, communicates, and integrates IT/cybersecurity Programs of Record (PoR), ensuring alignment with the organization's enterprise priorities
Salary : $118,990 - $181,950
