Water Treatment Specialist

POSITION SUMMARY:

Perform essential functions of mechanical water treatment services including selling, installing, and servicing mechanical water treatment systems. 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Be technically competent and maintain a current knowledge in water treatment chemicals and technologies with at least 2 years working knowledge. 
• Install and program controllers, pumps, and other needed equipment.
• Present and sell company products and services to current and potential clients.
• Maintain and enhance water treatment programs at customer locations.
• Prepare action plans and schedules to maximize efficiency for client service requirements.
• Create service reports for all tasks performed at customer location.
• Be responsible for time and commitments. Be able to complete and track tasks.
• Work in a team environment; understanding that each member of the team is valuable and relied upon.
• Develop and maintain current product knowledge.
• Establish and maintain current client and potential client relationships.
• Prepare paperwork to activate and maintain contract services.
• Manage account services through quality checks, service work and other follow-up activities.
• Identify and resolve client concerns.
• Provide regularly scheduled water treatment service, including but not limited to equipment functions and lab testing.
• Arrange for or provide labor to support the water treatment solutions implemented.
