Purpose:
The Manager of Recruitment, Development & Diversity will develop and implement the organization's recruiting and retention initiatives and strategy to attract, hire, and maintain a diverse workplace. This individual will partner with leadership, providing subject matter expertise on relevant inclusion practices and enhancing employee engagement through programs focused on recruiting, career development, succession planning, and mentorship.

Job Functions:
Researches, develops, recommends, and executes creative strategies to create pipelines for talent acquisition.
Drafts and implements recruiting and hiring strategies to attract employees from diverse backgrounds.
Provides guidance to supervisory and human resources staff in developing objective performance and other employee evaluations and policies.
Manages succession planning and talent development programs.
Implements best practices for employee retention.
Performs other related duties as assigned

Position Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field required; Master's degree preferred.
At least five years of Human Resources or related experience required with at least three years specializing in equal employment opportunity, affirmative action, and diversity programs.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills including proven dispute resolution skills.
Thorough understanding of federal, state, and local equal employment opportunity laws and regulations.
Strong project management skills
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

Preferred Job Skills:
SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP preferred.

Physical Requirements:
Employees are regularly required to, stand, sit, talk, hear, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer and telephone keyboard.
Light to moderate lifting is required.
Comply with ATI attendance requirements
