Position Summary: This position is responsible for managing, controlling, and tracking facilities assets throughout their life cycle, from acquisition through final disposition. The position will serve as the asset management program expert responsible for, preparing reports, performing analysis to identify potential asset deficiencies and design, maintain, develop and implement the asset management strategy that support the reduction of the organizations carbon footprint. The position will also work directly with third party service providers for site services and ensure coordination and reporting of facilities assets throughout the systems life cycle and daily operations. |

Primary Responsibilities: ● Manage current facilities assets through planning and implementation of the asset life cycle and recapitalization specifications. ● Manage assets after acquisition, assign specifications, track warranties, life cycle and final disposition of assets. ● Oversee and maintain equipment and asset inventory with CMMS/EAM systems ● Reconcile physical inventory and investigate any inconsistencies. ● Ensure adherence of regulations of all local and federal laws with respect to the operation of the FAL. ● Recommend and manage initiatives to increase and improve service delivery considering energy sustainability, cost and quality. |

Qualified Experience / Skills / Training: ● Knowledge of current industry trends, best practices and technology ● Specified focus on HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems ● 5 years managing and reporting subcontractor activities in a manufacturing environment. In lieu of experience, can be substituted with an engineering degree. ● 5 years of facility management experience in a production environment. In lieu of experience, can be substituted with an engineering degree. ● Operational experience using CMMS/EAM systems ● Knowledge and successful application of project management practices ● Analytical and quantitative skills with proven ability to develop strategic solutions ● Budgetary management is critical |

Education / Special Qualifications: ● Degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, Construction Management, or related field - Preferred ● Working knowledge and application of OSHA, ISO, NFPA, ANSI and ADA standards required. General knowledge of FAA, EASA and ICAO preferred. ● IFMA or BOMA Professional Certification - Preferred |
