We want this position to be a great fit for you and for us. Possible candidates must possess the following:
Experience as a dispatcher is a MUST.
Qualified candidates will have basic knowledge of the local geography and streets.
Must be able to multi-task and work well under pressure.
Must have the common sense to prioritize dispatches according to urgency.
Dispatchers must be organized and able to disperse service calls to a 150-truck fleet.
Route service technicians throughout the day to maximize time on-site and minimize drive time.
Eliminate as much downtime as possible through preplanning.
Communicate effectively under pressure with patience and positivity.
Customer Service is a must! Work with the customers in a polite, friendly and respectful manner.
Work with department managers as work load and conditions change throughout the day.
Drug free and a clean background report
Current and valid Driver License and State Journeyman's License
Dedication to customer satisfaction, attention to detail, great listener, punctual, and efficient - to name a few.
