What are the responsibilities and job description for the Per Diem Nurse position at AirSculpt?
AirSculpt is hiring Per Diem Nurses!
We are currently seeking a skilled and dedicated Per Diem Nurse (LPN or RN) to become an integral part of our luxury medical practice. Per Diem Nurses must be available to work a minimum of two weekend days per month.
As a Per Diem Nurse at AirSculpt®, you will:
- Ensure the highest level of patient care and patient service is provided at all times
- Actively assist a physician during medical procedures, demonstrating proficiency in surgical assistance
- Monitor patients during procedures in the OR and pre- and post-op
- Demonstrate clinical competency, including but not limited to: administering medications, setting up a sterile field, and sterilizing equipment
- Ensure compliance with all health care regulations, including JCAHO, HIPAA and OSHA
- Communicate with other providers regarding daily clinical and surgical schedules to coordinate care
- Effectively documenting clinical and surgical chart notes appropriately and accurately
- Consistently following policies and procedures to ensure positive patient outcomes

Required Qualifications:
- Current Nurse License (Registered Nurse or Licensed Vocational/Practical Nurse)
- Current ACLS Certification – or must get upon hiring
- Current IV certification required for all LV/PN
- At least one year of nursing experience
- Availability to work overtime/weekends as needed
- Ability to succeed independently and as part of a team
- Authorization to work in the United States on a full-time basis
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in a plastic surgery office is a big plus!
- Experience as a travel, per diem, or float pool nurse
