**Job Overview:**
Looking for a change.??? We are seeking a skilled Insulator to join our air sealing team. The ideal candidate will have experience in various insulation techniques and materials. Weatherazation, energy auditing and/ or building science background a plus.
*We do not install insulation or work in attics!*
**Responsibilities:**
- Install one part can foam and sealants to various areas of new residential home builds
- Measure and cut foam blocking materials to fit into specific areas
- Seal air leaks with various materials to ensure buildings meet code and pass a blower door test
- Follow safety procedures to prevent accidents and injuries on construction sites
**Qualifications:**
- Prior experience in insulation installation is preferred
- Proficiency in caulking to seal gaps effectively
- Experience in weatherization, home energy auditing and/ or building science a plus
- Understanding of frame carpentry to work around structures effectively
- Ability to work collaboratively with carpenters and other construction professionals
- Comfort working on construction sites and adhering to safety protocols

Pay: From $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 35 per week
