Our client, a major Oil & Energy Company is seeking an Inventory Analyst to work within their facilities located in Loving, NM for a 12 months contract (possibilities of extension).
Responsibilities:
- Tracking materials and checking in with vendors in and out of the yard
- Schedules and revises shipment plans to ensure efficient distribution of products to satisfy customers.
- Analyzes inventory levels, production speed, and product demand to determine reorder levels which will ensure product availability and minimize inventory costs.
- Writing inventory reports, performing cycle counts, and determining periodic asset valuations.
Requirements:
- Familiar with standard procedures in the O&G Sector.
- Microsoft Office - Proficient in Word, Excel, and PP
- ERP experience
- Customer service experience
- Clerical/administration experience
