Area Sales Manager

We are looking for an energetic and self-motivated sales marketer to join our growing marketing department. If you’re an ambitious individual who wants to build a career in healthcare technology sales, social media and content marketing, then we want to work with you! Your work will include marketing to medical facilities around the surrounding area, preparing promotional social media posts, monitoring social platforms, and conducting market analysis.

You will report directly to our Director of Operations and track data in our CRM, and you will be the face and sales representative of the company in your assigned market. You will provide marketing and sales tactics with a motivated drive that will advance this healthcare technology in the Healthcare Industry.

In addition to being an excellent communicator, you should have excellent multitasking and organizational abilities. The successful candidate will also have in-depth knowledge of marketing techniques and social media platforms.

Responsibilities:

·* Development and implementation of sales strategies and initiate sales and marketing activity to meet or exceed goals

·* Perform closing deal results with medical doctors and investors

· *Creation of mock-ups, email campaigns, mass sales techniques, and social media content.

· Perform training and direct support to the Medical Offices you have closed sales on.

· Perform market analysis and research on the latest healthcare trends.

· Design and present new social media campaign ideas.

· *Monitor all social media platforms for trending news, ideas, and feedback.

· Help with the planning and hosting of marketing events.

· Research and evaluate competitor marketing and digital content.

Requirements:

· *Bachelor & Master degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications or similar field relative to sales.

·*Have some Healthcare sales experience.

·*Have some sales experience using a CRM.

· Familiarity with marketing computer software and healthcare.

· Good understanding of the latest marketing trends and techniques.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

· Must have a passion for marketing and sales

· Outstanding multitasking abilities since this is a startup business.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $30.00 per hour

COVID-19 considerations:
Currently we are in our Anaheim office 3 days per week but we plan to fully return every day when it is safe to do so
