What are the responsibilities and job description for the Benefits Analyst position at Ajilon?
Do you have good decision-making abilities located in or near Hanover, Maryland? Ajilon is currently seeking a temporary Benefits Analyst for one of our great clients! This is a contract position that could go to the end of the year or longer.
Qualifications include:
- Assisting with open enrollment for many employees
- Providing excellent customer service and assisting employees with questions
- Know your employee benefits and the laws that apply to them
- Computer savvy – capable of running their own reports
- Global experience is desirable but not required
Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
Compensation: $24hr
Employment Type: Contract
Hours: 8am-5pm with an hour break
