What You'll Be Doing
- Support business initiative through data analysis
- Identify implementation barriers with new systems and testing
- Analyze user requirements, procedures, and problems
- Recommend business solutions and assist with their implementation
- Identify ways to enhance performance management and operational reports for the implementation process
- Lead problem solving and coordination efforts between business units
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience required
- Minimum 2 years of business process analysis experience in the healthcare industry or minimum 1 year of managed care encounters experience required
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications preferred
- Knowledge of data migration, software enhancement/planning, and Agile preferred
Job Type: 3-month contract with potential extension
