We are looking for a qualified Payroll Coordinator to assist in all activities regarding payroll for employee compensation in the company. You will undertake a variety of tasks such as entering payroll information, calculating wages, answering employee questions, auditing timesheets, filing paperwork accordingly, and assisting the payroll administrators with tasks assigned. An excellent payroll coordinator has a great understanding of the concept of confidentiality. You will be experienced in entering data with attention to detail and will have good math skills to make the necessary calculations. The ideal candidate will be a thorough professional with good communication abilities and teamwork and collaboration. The goal is to carry out all payroll procedures with accuracy, attention to detail, and experience with ADP Workforce Now.

What You Will Be Doing Day-to-Day:
- Maintaining payroll information by collating, calculating, and entering data.
- Assist in processing weekly and biweekly payroll for 3 entities using ADP WFN (600EE's).
- Resolving payroll discrepancies and answering any employee payroll queries.
- Reviewing, coding, and verifying timesheets in ADP.
- Issue statements detailing earnings and deductions.
- Preparing periodic payroll reports.
- Payroll experience with multi-state and local taxes.
- Conduct regularly scheduled audits of payroll records to ensure continued accuracy.
- Process and monitor garnishment orders.
- Process multi-state annual reports.

Required Education and Experience:

- Multi-state payroll and prevailing wage experience are a plus.
Pay:
- The pay is competitive, depending on experience ($55k - $65K), and will be discussed during the in-person interview.
