We’re looking for someone with:
- Minimum 1 year prior experience with a hospitality organization.
- Knowledge of the proper use of both hand and power tools.
- Proficiency in English both written and oral.
In this role you will be responsible for:
- Performing and diagnosing electrical, plumbing, appliance, HVAC, and drywall repair.
- Performing preventative maintenance on equipment and machinery.
- Accepting and completing work tickets with detailed notes.
- Maintaining a positive working relationship with all team members and resident.
- Ensuring that the highest standards of service and professionalism meet our resident’s needs.
- Reporting and documenting any issues to management that could cause concern for the safety of our residents..
