Required a Project Manager for the Construction of a Towneplace Suites by Marriott, Flagstaff, AZ
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Manager to partner with Project Superintendent to ensure results.
- Conduct all day-to-day activities and scheduling of Subcontractors, Inspectors, Permitting, and Plan changes.
- Conduct weekly Site meetings.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with vendors, subcontractors and owners to represent Ace’s core values.
- Networks with all project stakeholders and resources (including customers, internal shared services groups, subcontractors, and vendors) to meet project goals.
- Review & understand project specifications and plans in order to meet contractual agreements.
- Prepare internal and external reports that detail job status, potential challenges, and current issues.
- Identify and implement opportunities for process and quality improvements that promote cost reduction.
- Establish, maintain and lead the on-site Quality Management process.
- Create and manage project schedule and communicate schedule deadlines to internal and external groups.
- Coordinate/participate with the Project Director and Operations Department in the actual buyout of the project, including negotiating and issuing subcontracts and purchase orders.
- Review and approve material orders and installation work plans.
- Identify and track project risks and work with project stakeholders on risk mitigation plans.
- Manages and coordinates all temporarily assigned project staff.
- Verifies quantities and hours to determine accuracy of daily movement of project. Fill in Time Sheets of Labor force.
- Develop, schedule and lead project close-out processes.
- Other duties as assigned.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering required
- General knowledge of construction principles/practices required
- Experienced dealing with subcontracts, subcontractors and/or self-perform work
- Experience leading successful project team, including development of employee and maintaining relationships with external entities
- High-level knowledge and exposure to end-to-end management
- Demonstrate ability to manage multiple, conflicting priorities, and work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
- High sense of urgency and attention to detail is required
- Project Management certification is an asset.
- Aware of OSHA Safety and SWPPP guidelines

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 per year
