Maintenance Technician
Position overview: The Maintenance is responsible is to ensuring that the building is properly maintained in proper working conditions. Performs general repair and maintenance such as painting, plumbing and electrical. Checks electrical systems such as A/C controls, and lighting systems, and makes minor repairs and replacements. Performs work orders and repairs.

- Painting repair.
- Light plumbing.
- Electrical repairs.
- Picking up debris around the property.
- Minor carpentry.
- Other maintenance duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- H.S Diploma is required.
- Highly reliable and punctual.
- Strong work ethic.
- Detail-oriented.
- Strong time management.
- Maintenance experience (preferably in a condo, HOA or residential setting).
