What are the responsibilities and job description for the IT PMO Admin position at Akkodis?
Akkodis is seeking an IT PMO Admin for a contract position with a client located in Durant, OK (Hybrid).
Pay Rate : $30-35 / hr. on w2 (The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.)
Day-to-day / The Project :
- The Administrative Assistant is partnered with the EPIC IT PMO dept.
- Day-to-day may include working closely with the EPIC leadership team coordinating meetings with various team members that are part of this EPIC project (health care team, change management team, PMO team, executives, etc.
to get calendars aligned. They will be part of all meetings to help with the documentation of action item planning.
They may also do tasks like arranging catering for lunch meetings, deliveries, etc.
TOP REQUIRED SKILLS :
- Demonstrated experience working with online virtual platforms for scheduling (MS Teams is the priority, Webex, Zoom, Google Meet, etc.)
- An the mobile applications / devices / equipment associated with this. know how to use the microphone, video, chat, and all functionalities not online on a desktop / laptop
- Experience as an executive admin or assistant would be ideal, but only if they have a forward-thinking approach
- They need to be comfortable and able to EMBRACE technology not be resistant or scared of it.
- Microsoft Office suite capabilities (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) This is REQUIRED
- This role with be a very focused contact and person on the EHR project, they need to be comfortable getting ppl together and following up on missing items / action items
Soft Skills :
- They need to be logical and understand the business and how it fits over achingly in the business.
- Intuitive and able to ask questions while being resourceful with information
- Need good biz acumen and communication skills
