What are the responsibilities and job description for the Quality Assurance Tester position at Akkodis?
Akkodis is seeking a Tester for a contract with a client in Addison, TX.
Pay/Salary Range: $38-40/hr W2 ONLY
4-Month Contract- possibility of extension or perm.
Hybrid schedule- onsite 3 days a week, remote 2 days a week.
Top 3 MUST have:
1. Agile SAFe experience
2. User acceptance script writing and execution
3. SQL & data analysis triage skills
Department Name: CTR Product Owner
Department Function: Responsible for the execution management of all technology changes that impact the complaint process within the CTR (Complaint Tracking & Resolution) application, which includes all integrated systems. From outlining requirements for technology updates through testing and execution in production. This work is currently executed using the Agile Methodology.
Day to Day Responsibilities: Testing process-specific role
Partner with stakeholder subject matter experts to create test scripts based on business requirements inclusive of event (case/data) reconciliation reporting and oversight
Be a part of the team execution of test scripts, evidence of and delivering results
Create Test Plans and other associated documentation following Enterprise UAT methodology for long term UAT test transition plan (new scope)
Monitor and manage progress of defects found during testing. Escalate issues that are not being resolved on a timely basis or not meeting SLA standards
Be a part of post implementation meetings to identify and document issues to avoid in upcoming releases and document best practices to be adopted going forward
