Akkodis is seeking a Components Testing Design Engineer for a Contract position with a client located in Grand Rapids MI 49512 (Onsite). Ideally looking for candidates having PCB designing and testing experience.
Hourly Rate Range: $50-$60 per hour. The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
Project Duration- (11-12 Months)
Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
• Specify, design, test, setup, and verify electronics products/components by using product drawing and schematics and components data sheets.
• Knowledge using DMM, oscilloscope and determining test set up for product and component type testing.
• Support requirements management throughout product lifecycle to ensure compliance.
• Generate clear and complete documentation in line with standards and procedures.
• Collaborate within the Electronics sub-function to problem-solve and deliver project outcomes.
• Support preparation for technical design and verification reviews.
• Raise technical risks and issues and support with their analysis and resolution.
Required Qualifications and Experience
• An Electronics Engineering degree
• 3 years of design experience and circuit checkout..
• Experience of producing conceptual electronic designs.
• Developing understanding of PCB design concepts.
• Understanding of electronic digital or analog design.
• Ability to generate clear documentation.
• Knowledge of using and setting up a curve tracker type oscilloscope
