Responsibilities:
Bilingual Spanish/ English
- Oversee daily operations of the front of house staff
- Train, supervise, and support front of house team members
- Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints or issues
- Manage reservations and seating arrangements
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front of house area
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a supervisory role in the restaurant industry
- Proficiency in square POS or similar restaurant management software
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Knowledge of food handling and safety regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude

Pay: $18.00 - $48,697.00 per hour
