  • Exceptional customer service skills, including interpersonal communication and rapport building
  • Passion for creating and building business relationships
  • In-depth knowledge of the dealership’s vehicles, finance options and sales process
  • Active listening to best determines a customer’s wants and needs
  • Intuition to anticipate which vehicles will appeal to different customers

Day to day of a Vehicle Sales Specialist at Al West Nissan

  • You will actively be seeking out new opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media
  • You will have knowledge of telephone, text and email techniques and etiquette
  • You will be efficient with time management to be able to maintain proper customer follow up schedules
  • You will greet customers arriving at the dealership
  • You will establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships
  • You will highlight the dealership’s vehicles and explain their features and warranties to customers
  • You will answer customer questions about vehicles, financing, and the purchase process
  • You will accompany customers on test drives, collecting licenses and documentation beforehand per best practices
  • You will negotiate vehicle prices and trade-in values for customers’ vehicles and handle complaints or objections
  • You will collaborate with team members and leadership to achieve better results
  • You will gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams
  • You will coordinate with the finance department to determine each customer’s financing and ownership options
  • You will continuously improve through feedback
  • You will keep up to date of best practices and promotional trends
  • You will achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $75,000.00 per year
