The Network Administrator will be responsible for managing, maintaining, and optimizing our network infrastructure, ensuring its reliability, security, and performance. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with FortiGate devices, BGP, and a strong understanding of network protocols, security, and best practices.

- Configure, manage, and maintain FortiGate firewalls and other network devices
- Configure and manage BGP for efficient and reliable routing of network traffic
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal functionality
- Implement and manage network security measures, including firewall rules, VPNs, and intrusion prevention systems
- Conduct regular network assessments and audits to identify and address vulnerabilities
- Collaborate with IT team members to design and implement network solutions that meet business needs
- Provide technical support and guidance to end-users and other IT staff
- Maintain documentation of network configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices

- Proven experience as a Network Administrator or similar role
- Strong knowledge of FortiGate devices and FortiOS
- Proficiency in network protocols and services (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, BGP, etc.)
- Experience with network monitoring and management tools
- Solid understanding of network security principles and practices
- Advanced problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and documentation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- 3-5 years of proven experience as a Network Administrator or similar role
- Network certifications or equivalent experience demonstrating expertise
- Fortinet certification (e.g., NSE 4, NSE 5, or higher)
- Experience with other network security products and technologies
- Familiarity with cloud networking solutions (AWS, Azure, etc.)
- Experience with scripting and automation
