We provide on the job training, and we will help you work towards obtaining required licenses. Once licensed, you will work to secure the release of individuals in custody and assist them through the criminal justice process.

Qualifications Required:

• 1 year of retail sales and/or customer service experience
• No industry experience required
• Excellent communication skills, including phone manner, and in person customer service
• Ability to deploy a keen sense of urgency, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail

Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus

Required education:

• High school degree or equivalent
• College degree preferred
