What are the responsibilities and job description for the Recruiter position at Alakaina Family of Companies?
Ke`aki Technologies, LLC is looking for a qualified Recruiter to support our Strategy and Development team with acquisition of talent for active and contingent contracts. We will consider remote work on a case-by-case basis.
Duties:
- Support a competitive staffing team that specializes in the development and deployment of creative sourcing tactics to locate and engage highly sought-after passive candidates with military/contract backgrounds.
- Collaborate with Talent Services leadership to understand staffing needs and develop sourcing strategies for our customer.
- Efficiently conduct candidate searches tailored towards biomedical laboratory research positions.
- Help customers prepare for the next mission by building and maintaining a comprehensive talent pipeline.
- Support in development of new talent channels.
- Support in development of out of the box solutions that will capture the attention of prospective candidates.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field. Experience that is directly job related may be considered in lieu of the degree.
- A minimum of two (2) years of experience sourcing in a high-volume environment preferred.
- Ability to comprehend areas of study such as biology, virology, bacteriology, immunology, quality assurance, biomedical research, and laboratory management.
- Ability to recruit for biomedical, scientific and containment positions and ability to comprehend biosafety laboratory requirements.
- Ability to utilize Taleo is highly desired however, will consider other Talent Management Systems experience.
- Ability to utilize social media platforms to include: Indeed, LinkedIn, Zip Recruiter, ClearanceJobs and Monster.com.
- Ability to utilize sourcing techniques such as recruiting on social media/networking platforms, crafting Boolean search strings, etc.
- Excellent verbal, written communication, and interpersonal skills required.
- Effective time-management and prioritization skills required.
- Other duties as needed.
