What are the responsibilities and job description for the Marketing Associate position at ALANTE Real Estate?
We’re hiring for a dynamic marketing coordinator to bring our brand to the next level. The ideal candidate will assist in all areas of marketing and social media. Their main responsibility will be to help create and implement social media and marketing campaigns in order to help our Clients, our Realtors and the Company grow.
You can balance creativity with structure, can effectively work with a team to bring great ideas to life, and is committed to on-brand quality work.
Compensation:$25 - $29 hourly
Responsibilities:- Report out monthly statistics for website and social media traffic, engagement, and lead generation and suggest ideas for optimization
- Write social media content, web content, blogs, and other copy that contributes to our overall marketing strategy and goals
- Help marketing staff achieve our goals through the implementation of advertising, digital, and communication plans
- Regularly update social media and respond to followers
- Oversee website, mailing lists, analytics, and SEO to ensure content is regularly updated with the most recent information
- To clean up and maintain and optimize our website as well as our other real estate platforms that generate new business opportunities
- To produce weekly Blogs that highlight content like community highlights, lifestyle living in The South Shore and Cape Cod, Tips when selling or buying, new listings, market updates etc..
- To create landing pages within our website
- To create and launch postcards campaigns for the agents
- Create brochures and buyer packages for our listings
- To update and create as needed presentations for our Realtors
- To manage our email marketing platform by putting together a monthly content calendar and launching weekly campaigns
- To produce high quality collateral materials for our clients and Realtors
- To create monthly market reports to update our clients
- To create end of the year “year in review” collateral piece and reports
- To generate geo farm monthly reports for agents as needed
- To manage EDDM campaigns
- To organize and implement client appreciation events
- Manage listings signs installations and removal
- Coordinate listings photography shoots
- Manage New Listing launch project
- Create 4 branding collateral pieces a year, one each quarter that can be mailed out.
Qualifications:
- 2 years of experience in Marketing or related field
- Experience with social media platforms, CRM, CSM, and public relations
- Must be driven with strong communication and project management skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related majors
- Mac product user expert
- Strong time management skills
- Must be able to multi task
